Our brand story began in a remote fishing village in the northeast of England, Grimsby. This coastal city was once one of the most famous fishing ports in the UK, with many large fishing boats coming in and out of its port. In the 1950s and 60s, the fishing industry was particularly prosperous, especially in cod production.

The protagonists of this story are a group of Hong Kong people who have a high demand for food, especially a love for seafood. When they were struggling in Hong Kong, they discovered a very valuable resource - cod. They began to explore the various possibilities of cod and eventually discovered a very special seafood product - fish maw.

In Hong Kong, fish maw has always been a very popular seafood delicacy, easily absorbed by the human body, a delicious ingredient for supplementing collagen, and even zero cholesterol and zero fat.
