"The starting point of this journey was not a cold textbook, but a father's love for his family."
In 2015, my then 8-year-old daughter, Charmaine, suffered from severe eczema. When traditional therapies failed to help, I relied on my electronic engineering intuition and introduced microcurrent therapy to see if it could help. Incredibly, after just one or two sessions, her skin condition showed significant and rapid healing. The profound impact this device had at the cellular level truly shocked me and completely transformed my understanding of medicine. Having experienced the despair of finding no medical solutions, I later co-founded the Hong Kong Paediatric Dermatology Association (NGO) with partners, hoping to help more families facing similar struggles.
Shortly after, my aunt was diagnosed with severe Ataxia. Refusing to accept the medical conclusion that her condition was "irreversible," I asked myself a critical question: If microcurrents can influence cellular repair, could they also modulate neural signals?
