The Kinman
Clinical Commitment & Booking Policy


Introduction (The Professional Stance):

At Kinman, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care.
To ensure focused clinical attention for every patient, we operate a structured booking and treatment framework.

1. The Initial Assessment (Phase 1: Diagnostics)

Policy:
A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to secure your Initial Assessment. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the consultation.

Reasoning:
This confirms your commitment to the assessment process and allows dedicated time for a comprehensive clinical evaluation.


2. The MCT 5.3 Skin Recovery Protocol (Phase 2: Treatment)

Policy:
Following a successful assessment, treatment sessions are arranged in structured blocks (e.g., 3 or 5 sessions).
Payment for each block is required in full at least 48 hours prior to the first session.

Purpose:
This ensures continuity of care and allows treatment to be delivered in a consistent and effective manner.


3. Cancellation & Rescheduling (The "Metal" Rule)

Policy:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.

The £50 deposit for the Initial Assessment is non-refundable.

Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred as credit toward a future booking (to be used within a specified validity period).

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the deposit, with no refund or transfer permitted.
